THE LOST CHAPMAN FILES

It all started in October 1985 – during a videotaping of a Police Training Seminar held at the Ray Chapman Range just outside of Columbia, Missouri. The training was being conducted by one of the top firearms tactics and shooting instructors in the world – at that time – Ray Chapman – a champion shooter in the early 197-‘s and one of the original founding members of IPSC. Everything went according to plan, the instruction was excellent, the videotaping was well done – just one thing when wrong. They lost the tapes! The tapes remained missing for over eleven years. Then, during their move to a new location, they found the lost tapes. Massad Ayoob joins Ray Chapman in two of the nine volumes. These programs are now being released for the first time ever. They feature the highlights of a five day police survival seminar.
