Many shooters prefer semi-auto pistols to revolvers because of the increased round capacity and ease of magazine change-outs.

The Glock extended slide release is one of the most liked and widely used of all the extended controls available. This is because the stock slide release on a Glock pistol is relatively small, and shooters with smaller hands often have to cant the pistol to the side in order to operate the slide release with their thumb.
The slide release is only 3mm longer than the stock slide release, which isn’t enough to snag on your clothes or when drawing the pistol from a holster, but it makes a huge difference when releasing the slide, especially if your hands are sweaty, or if you’re wearing gloves.
The Glock slide release is a true drop-in accessory, taking only about 30 seconds to install, and there are no permanent modifications to the pistol at all.

The slide release itself is inexpensive and very well made. Once you put it on your Glock pistol, you’ll never want to take it off again.

For shooters at the range, especially competition shooters, one of the most irritating things that can happen is to be fumbling when its time to change out the magazine. For law enforcement personnel, when seconds count, the last thing you want is to have difficulty getting the new magazine into the your pistol.

That’s where the extended mag well from T.H.E. Accessories can help. Solidly attached and precision made, it adds 5.5 ounces of weight to your grip, which helps absorb recoil and makes for a steadier shot, and the magwell itself channels the new magazine right in.
Magazines slide in much easier, guided right into place by the magwell. With a little practice, you can even change out your magazine without taking your eyes off the target. It also tends to guide your hand into exactly the same position on your pistol’s grip every time you pick it up, which only serves to improve your grip consistency.

It installs in minutes, attaching with a hex head (allen) screw that locks in place under the grip, and there are no permanent modifications to the pistol at all.
