| The Storm Lake Barrel has been manufactured for over twenty years. It was started in Snohomish, Washington in 1983 by Bert Bastian. In 1992, Bastion moved the business to Tennessee. In 2002, Machine Solutions purchased Storm Lake Machine from Mr. Bastian, and in 2003, began marketing handgun barrels as Storm Lake Barrels by Machine Solutions, with Mr. Bastian's blessing. They were fortunate to retain Mr. Bastian as a consultant. |

| Machine Solutions manufactures quality, match grade Storm Lake handgun barrels for 1911 and Glock pistols. These barrels have been recognized for their accuracy and longevity since 1983. |
All barrels are machined from solid 416 stainless steel stock and then hardened to 40 - 42 HRC. They hold tolerances to +/- 0.001" to 0.002" in all critical areas. Cut broach rifling is used, with one turn per 16", and a left hand twist. They deal in a variety of styles, lengths, and calibers. Some of their corporate customers include Sig Arms, Nighthawk Customs, Detonics, USA, King’s Gunworks, and Clark Custom Guns. Don't believe us?
